Electronic Services Terms and Conditions – TVORIK Online Store
§1 General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the provision of electronic services by TVORIK sp. z o.o. with registered office in Kutno, ul. Zielna 50, 99-300 Kutno, KRS 0001216923, Tax ID (NIP) 7752678263, REGON 54371342600000, through the online store available at www.tvorik.com.
- The Terms and Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
- The Terms and Conditions constitute a separate document and are closely related to the TVORIK Online Store Terms and Conditions.
- A condition for using Electronic Services is familiarization with these Terms and Conditions and their acceptance.
§2 Definitions
Terms used in the Terms and Conditions mean:
- Seller – TVORIK sp. z o.o., details indicated in §1.
- Store – TVORIK online store available at www.tvorik.com.
- User – any entity using Electronic Services.
- Customer – User placing an Order in the Store.
- Electronic Services – services provided electronically without the simultaneous presence of the parties.
- Store Terms and Conditions – TVORIK Online Store Terms and Conditions.
- Order Form, Cart, Order – terms in accordance with definitions contained in the Store Terms and Conditions.
§3 Types of Electronic Services
The Seller provides the following Electronic Services:
- enabling the placement of Orders through the Order Form,
- Cart operation,
- contact form,
- newsletter (if available in the Store),
- handling the process of concluding a distance Sales Contract.
§4 Technical Conditions
- To use Electronic Services, the following are required:
a) a device with Internet access,
b) a current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari),
c) an active email address,
d) cookies enabled. - The Seller is not responsible for technical problems resulting from:
a) User's device configuration,
b) User's software,
c) interruptions on the part of Internet providers.
§5 Order Form
- The Order Form service consists of enabling the Customer to place an Order for Products offered in the Store.
- The service is one-time and ends when:
a) the Order is placed or
b) the order placement process is interrupted. - Providing data marked as mandatory is necessary to fulfil the Order.
Failure to provide this data makes it impossible to conclude a Sales Contract.
§6 Contact Form
- The contact form enables sending an inquiry to the Seller.
- The service is provided once and ends when the message is sent.
- Contact using the form does not automatically lead to the conclusion of a Sales Contract.
§7 Newsletter
- The newsletter involves sending commercial and marketing information electronically.
- The service is provided only after prior consent by the User.
- The User may u
